M11 · Guardrails for hosted agents¶
Attach the strict RAI policy and add an in-graph PII guardrail to the reusable support agent.
⏱️ Time: ~60 minutes
Objectives¶
- Apply the existing custom RAI policy
lgws-strictto the hosted agent. - Verify benign prompts still pass and unsafe prompts are blocked or refused.
- Show a direct model-level content filter check.
- Demonstrate the in-graph PII guardrail (
PIIMiddleware) in the LangGraph agent.

🧪 Your turn¶
Add another PIIMiddleware rule in main.py for URLs (PIIMiddleware("url", strategy="redact")), deploy a new version, and test with a prompt containing a web address.
Cleanup¶
We keep the guarded version of lgws-m09-support-agent. M12 red-teams this protected version.
